Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 20, 2026
1. What data we process
The text extracted from the expensas (condo fee) statement PDF you upload, the unit you select within that statement, and the interface language you choose (Spanish or English).
2. How we use it
That text is sent to our server (a Cloudflare Worker) and from there to Google's Gemini API, solely to generate the analysis you see on screen. We don't build user profiles or track you across visits.
If you use the document Q&A chat, the text of the documents you add is sent along with each question so it can be answered, and we keep an anonymous per-day, per-device question count —via an identifier stored in your browser, not linked to your identity— to enforce the free limit.
If you leave us your contact details through the “Share your contact” form, we receive the channel you chose (email, phone, WhatsApp, or Telegram) and the reason. That data reaches our inbox and is recorded in a private spreadsheet to notify you of Paradoja news and digital products, and to answer your question if you asked one. If you chose Email, you’ll receive an automatic thank-you. We don’t sell or share your data with third parties, and you can ask to see, correct, or delete your data by writing to us.
3. What we DON'T store
Your PDF is never stored on any server of ours — it's processed on the spot and discarded. There are no accounts or logins. We don't save the generated report: if you close the tab, it's gone (you can save it yourself as a PDF using the "Print / Save PDF" button). The system is instructed to never display or retain names or individual debts of other building owners.
4. Local storage in your browser
We use localStorage — storage that lives only in your own browser — to remember your theme (light/dark) and language preference. That information never leaves your device or reaches us.
5. Advertising
This site may display ads served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies or other technologies to show relevant ads, per its own policies. You can learn more and adjust your ad preferences at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. If you're visiting from the EU or UK, you'll be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.
6. Third parties involved
Google (via the Gemini API, and eventually Google AdSense) processes part of the information according to its own privacy policies.
7. Your rights
Since we don't persistently store personal data about you, there's no database about you to access, correct, or delete. If you still have questions or a specific request, feel free to write to us.
